Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We offer FREE Delivery Nationwide — no hidden charges or extra fees.

🧾 Order Processing

All orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Once confirmed, they are shipped within 24 hours using trusted courier partners.

We deliver through reliable services like PostEx, TCS, and Leopards Courier for timely and safe deliveries.

💵 Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all across Pakistan.
Customers may also prepay using card or bank transfer (optional).

🔁 Delayed or Missing Parcels

In rare cases where delivery is delayed due to weather or courier issues, our support team will notify you promptly. If an order isn’t received within 7 days, please contact us on support@smartmarkaz.com or via WhatsApp.

🛡️ Damaged or Wrong Product

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
